Secure payment

Helmheld takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

What is personal data?

Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. This includes, for example, your actual name, your address, and your telephone number.

Why does Helmheld need this data?

We need personal data to process your order, deliver the goods, check your creditworthiness, process payments, prevent misuse of our website, and inform you about your orders, products, and offers.

Is this data passed on?

Helmheld does not unlawfully disclose your personal data to third parties - especially not for advertising purposes. The extent to which data is passed on to third parties is limited by us to the necessary minimum. For example, we transmit data to transport companies (DHL) that deliver the goods to you or, if necessary, to service partners in the areas of financing, processing credit card payments, credit checks, and debt collection.

How is this data protected during internet transmission?

When you place an order with us or register for a personalized service or protected area, your personal data is encrypted and thus protected against unauthorized access during transmission over the internet. We use a secure transmission method - the so-called "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) transmission. SSL is a protocol for encrypting messages on the internet, which offers particularly high security.

Detailed information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
