The ABUS HYP-E BL.ACE with visor is a bicycle helmet that meets the high safety requirements of a big city. With its deep temple area, it offers the wearer special protection. In addition, the ABUS HYP-E BL.ACE features an integrated VentCover that allows the ventilation openings to be quickly closed with a slider at the first drops of rain, in addition to a magnetic visor, front light, turn signals, rear light, and brake light. The particularly bright, rechargeable light and the replaceable visor offer additional, passive protection.

Features ABUS HYP-E BL.ACE:
Construction: In-Mold for a durable connection of the outer shell with the shock-absorbing helmet material (EPS)
Safety: 360-degree visibility thanks to the new Abus light concept. Front light, rear light, and turn signals make you visible in traffic. Choose between five different light modes for the front and rear light: Steady, Power, Flow, Pulsing, or Flashing – depending on the lighting conditions and whether you want to save battery capacity.
Wireless remote control: You can activate and control the turn signal easily and safely via the included, rechargeable wireless remote control for the handlebars. An acoustic signal on the helmet and LEDs on the remote control indicate that you are signaling.
Rechargeable components: The lights on the helmet and the remote control for the turn signal can be recharged via the included USB-C charging cable. LED indicators on the helmet and on the remote control show you the charging status.
Easy operation: You activate the front and rear light with the on/off button on the back of the helmet. Press the button for approx. one second to switch on the lights. Short presses then switch between the light modes. Long presses switch the lights off again.
Reliable communication: Turn signal and remote control communicate via a reliable 2.4 GHz radio signal, based on OXI® Wireless technology. The remote control is permanently ready for operation and is activated by a radio signal from the helmet.
Ventilation: Good ventilation through 3 generous air inlets and 4 air outlets, connected by flow channels.
Weatherproof design: In good weather and summer, generous ventilation openings provide pleasant ventilation. In rain or cold, you close these openings via the VentCover in the upper head area.
Adjustment: Size adjustment via a half-ring made of particularly durable and easily deformable plastic for optimal stability and form fit
Zoom Spin: Finely adjustable adjustment system with a grippy adjustment wheel for individual fit and space for a ponytail. You adjust the straps tighter or looser under the ears via the FlapDivider.
Visor: clear (Cat. 0), height-adjustable, magnetic, clear visor - patented MagneticHub, available replacement visors photochromatic or tinted - Optionally available!
