With the new MAJOR VISOR winter sports helmet, KED® introduces another technical innovation in the helmet sector: the photochromatic K-VISION visor.

The new polycarbonate lens dynamically reacts to changing light conditions by adjusting its tint from light to dark. Instead of a clear or statically tinted lens, which is either too bright or too dark, visual perception is optimized through dynamic control of light transmission. This improves visual comfort and performance for greater safety on the slopes.

Adjustment system: QUICKSAFE® system

• The patented QUICKSAFE® system ensures easy and precise adjustment to individual head shapes and guarantees maximum wearing comfort and maximum safety.
• The system consists of a head ring, which is preset in circumference and height. Fine adjustment is made in both directions, precisely graduated with a one-handed adjustment wheel. The integrated strap guide ensures optimal strap routing.

Interior: look and feel

• The molded, quick-drying interior ensures the best wearing comfort and is optimally adapted to the helmet's ventilation channels. The entire interior is easy to remove for washing and can be reliably reinserted thanks to the head ring's integrated hook-and-loop mechanism.
