Returns in Germany - free of charge

Of course we pay for the return shipping in Germany. We will send you a DHL return label to your email address. Just write us an email with your order number if you have ordered as a guest. When ordering where you have registered as a customer, you can also easily start the return in the system. We help you.


Shipping in GERMANY

The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of regional and national holidays.

The shipping costs are generally 0 EUR, regardless of the value of the goods.

The shipment will be done with DHL. Delivery to packing stations is possible.

A shipment tracking will be sent to the email address given in the ordering process.

Optionally, we offer you the option of returning the canceled items to us in Germany with a return label. This service is free of charge for you.

For all other returns within one month, it is important that we can only take back unused items in their original packaging during this time frame.

So if you find after purchasing that you do not need an item from your order, but are already outside the cancellation period, you can return this item to us at your own expense. Please refer to your original order number.

We will then reimburse the purchase price after receipt and inspection. The processing of returns from the arrival of the parcel can currently take up to a week.

The delivery time is 1 to 16 working days.

The shipping costs depend on the country and regardless of the value of the goods.

Shipping is carried out by DHL or UPS.

Helmheld ships from Monday to Friday on weekdays. The dispatch takes place in principle only when all ordered articles are ready for dispatch. Partial deliveries are usually only carried out in consultation with our service team. When paying in advance, the delivery time is extended. In the case of prepayment, shipping will only take place after the payment has actually been received.

The specified delivery time relates to delivery to Germany. Shipping abroad takes longer depending on the destination country. Please note the following table:

Shipping company Your orders are always sent with Deutsche Post DHL or UPS. 

Packing stations

On request, we will be happy to send your order to one of the numerous Deutsche Post DHL packing stations. If you are not yet registered as a Packstation customer, you must first register online at When shipping to a packing station, please always include the DHL Post number in the order.

Transport damage

If you receive a shipment in a damaged condition, please inform us immediately - for insurance reasons, if possible within 2 days of receipt of the goods.

Change requests / grouping of orders

Subsequent changes to your order or a combination of several orders is possible until the goods are dispatched. The Helmheld service team will fulfill the change requests, provided that this is still feasible. Several orders are only combined if expressly requested.
